Hi,

Can anyone suggest a sub/equivalent for the 2n4125 used in the Phase 90. Would another general purpose pnp like 2n3906 be OK?

Thanks

A 2N3906 will do nicely.

You can also use a 2N4250, 2N5087, and many others. This is one of those places where almost any small signal PNPs with a gain over 200 will work.

Thanks for putting my mind at rest. I now have no reason not to start (got loads of 2n3906's).

You people are great, I'm sure I wouldn't have got this far without this fantastic forum. Thanks again....

Don't know. And it doesn't matter.

No one who knows what they're doing would ever think of putting in a new device without going and finding out what the exact pinout is first.

... er, unless they had a lot of spares to try with. :icon_biggrin:
