Can I switch a TL074 with a TL072 opamp?  I'm gonna build the Senter Stage spring reverb from GGG.

Link there for reference.

Thanks!

SolderBoy

you'll need two 072's for each 074, plus an altered PCB layout, because the 072 is a dual opamp.

Oh crap, that's not what I meant.  Can I replace a TL072 with a LF351?

What up with your questions?

You are asking some very basic stuff stuff you can find on the web and them things called BOOKS.

What is the purpose of your web site?   Aron's, R.Gs and others have schematics

Sorry, I meant to ask if the TL072 could be replaced with an LF351.  I'm wondering because I breadboarded a little something, and while it works with the TL072, it doesn't with the LF351.  I checked the pinouts and all, and I'm just wondering if there is an issue with the chip, as I've gone over all the other connections and it looks fine to me.

And what's the purpose of which web site?  The www.stompboxmods.com one?
It's just a database of pedal mods.  Nothing else to say.  Don't like it, ignore it.  Thanks.

The LF351 is a single op amp. TL072 is a dual. Try a 5532 or something along that line. Also, study manufacturers datasheets. Lots of free info out there...
