Just finished truebypassing my Rev. C Crybaby ( I assume it's a Rev. C because that is what it says on the PCB but Dunlop's website says the Rev. C did not have the dc adapter jack and mine does).  I also changed the 33K resistor to a 47K.  The wah does not come on when switched.  When switched off the pedal bypasses and I get normal guitar tone thru the amp.  Here are some pictures.  BTW the black wire going to the DPDT switch is soldered to the lug closest to the front of the pedal not to the lug with the brown and red wires.  The battery is good.  Anybody got any ideas?

I did this recently and had no luck with the switch wiring as you have it.  I changed it aroung to the normal dpt wiring and it worked http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/switch_lo_dpdt_std.gif

I got this info off of Stuart Castledine's website.  I truebypassed my Vox reissue wah using the same wiring and it worked great.
