Replacement jack for an Ibanez TS9

The output jack on my beloved TS9 is on its last legs and need replacing. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I think a closed Switchcraft one will fit. If it was any of my other pedals I'd just buy one and make it fit  but the TS9 is a "vintage" 1980s one that I've had for years so I'd like to keep it original if possible.
