Question about shielding with magnetic spray

i have an old russian plastic wah that's covered with conductive paint on the inside. the connection to ground is just a screw with  a wire.

Can you imagine buying the gallon cans of the first conductive paint on that site. Yikes!!!! $459!!!  I get a kick ut of the guy painting the room with the stuff too. $$$$

They only sell the spray version as well. I think the paint on would be best and best value as well.

Stewmac sells shielding paint.  About 20-30 bucks US for a little tin about 250ml from memory.  Not as good as some nickel shielding paint that I have used in the past (one coat, and the MM probes would beep at few inches apart!), but still works great.  Plus its water based - a cinch!
