I have a bag of these from mouser.
Their for the small LEDs, 3/4 size I think.
I'll post the part number when I get home from work if someone doesn't beat me to it.

About installing them...
The plastic is so soft that my thumb nail was putting a deep mark in the little black thing.
I found that a BIC ball point pen with the ball point and ink tube removed make a great pusher to install them.
The tapered part of the tip fits the LED and pushes on the little black thing ring.

For T1 3/4 (5mm) LEDS, I bought these:
Mounting Clip (Mouser #593-CLP125)
Retaining Ring (Mouser #593-RNG268)

The ones I have from mouser seem to be discontinued, part # 351-0001.

This seems to be the replacement

Simple form of LED panel mount with nothing on the inside.

I drill a 5/32 sized hole for these for a tight fit, hence the need for the BIC pen tube as a pusher tool.

Rat Shack has some metal ones too that look quite a bit fancier, if a tad more expensive. If you're like me and the looks of your pedal are really important, it would be wise to get the metal ones.
