NS Aluminum Enclosures

Hi..

Anyone know "NS" or "NSC" Aluminum Enclosures.  Is it "National Semiconductor" in full name.?

National Semiconductor is a full name, but they don't make enclosures.
Any more clues?

Hi , I'm very new here...But I think that NS boxes are from New Sensor (Sovtek) and are priced a little bit cheaper than Hammond Boxes .

I think you could be correct but, I don't really know.

SMall bear has some of the new sensor boxes, also called Sovtek...

i get mine from Pedal Parts Plus and they say
"NSC Made in China"
Its cast on the inside of the box.
