Soul Preacher question from the new guy...

I've done a search in the forums here and everywhere else i can find, but have yet to find the specs on the unknown transistors for the EH Soul Preacher. Can anyone help me? I'm a little too inexperienced to make an educated guess...

Quite likely the NPN bipolars were BC239, a transistor popular in E-H pedals at that time.  The FET may have been a 2N4302, used in the Zipper and some other concurrent E-H pedals.  No idea what the PNP bipolar is.

Woukldn't surprise me a bit if youcould get it to work acceptably with: 2N5087 (PNP), 2N5088 (NPN), and 2N3819 or BF245 (JFET)
