PCB Coating

What's kind of the epoxy or any materials that can coating very thin film on PCB (same as picture attached).  Please advise.

if it's supposed to be rigid, why don't you just mix up 2 part epoxy?

I used a mix of Liquid Tape and Epoxy for this pcb

Are you sure? Unless you are going to be standing on it..... the good thing about plastidip and similar, is that it has some give, so it cushions the electronics. With a rigid coating, you have any force applied to it being ransmitted straight to the electronics. In the worst case, with a rigid coating (especially something like this, that is thin and flat) it will just snap in half like a cracker!!
