I'm making a layout for it:

I only have to ask about the LFO section, its hooked up to pin3 of the 40106? along with the Pulse width pot thats allready there? or would you use a switch to choose between the two? or a switch to just connect/disconnect the LFO part from pin 3, with the pot permanently connected?

The LFO either replaces the pulsewidth pot, or is in series with it. If you have the pot in place, you can limit the pulsewidth depth of the LFO. At 0ohms resistance, the pot is effectively not there, so you may as well leave it in.
