Do you print on PNP in NEGATIVE or POSITIVE IMAGE ???

Positive usually but, it depends on what the original artwork is.
What are ya printing?

The black stuff is what resists the etch, so you want to print black where you want copper left.

I am etching enclosures

so where the printer prints black... the the enclosure wont be etched?

correct, only the bare aluminum is going to get etched.
Have you checked out Acid Graphics yet? Its up in the layouts gallery.
