I may be over my head here but, I think you'd want the two closest matches.
Either the 61's or 192's as there are close enough.

I think markm's right you just need the 2 that are best matched. The bias pot lets you adjust the bias to account for different jfets.

I will throw those two sets back into the Matcher to test them one last time and then throw them into the Phase.
