I put this in a papalazarus thread on BMP ideas.
You can switch a second volume control using an already wired for TB/LED 3PDT...the application I had in mind is a boost>fuzz, featuring the ability to adjust to less boost [when fuzz is off]!
But this can go right in a box with 2 circuits, like boost/fuzz and be used to have a separate adjustable output on the boost, one for driving Fuzz etc. the other for plain boost ! Simple and uses existing 3pdt wired for TB and LED indicator.
Here's one, I like it, probably will try it.
Use the ground side of the LED/resistor circuit on a 3PDT, then you have a switched ground right there, taper the output / output pot, using a resistance connected through this already switched pre-switched ground !
If you want more boost when fuzz is off, I don't know why you would but, use the unsoldered lug of your TB/LED 3pdt.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.
