Articles and schematics, Tube Reamer V2.
I dont remember anyone else posting about this build, being a bit of a "TS' fan
- I know some are not ! -  I gave it a whirl during a wet 'n windy saturday.
It's an easy build, used vero and it took around an hour and a half to do.
Kept to the schem, other than the 22n's ( I'm out ) which became 15n's.
I even used just two 1N4148's - as specified !!! ( unusual for me being an assym freak)
Sounds good, perhaps a bit softer/smoother than other TS builds, but a good
and usable tone.
It could be a touch brighter for me, so I'll have a fiddle with the pf FB caps etc.
All in all a good solid and simple overdrive, with it's own "TS" twist .

i plan to try the project in a few days.i will replace the 2.7k with a pot and use it as softness.do you think this is going to work??

MartyMart

Should be interesting !
You might want to "limit" a 5k pot with perhaps a 1k'r or so, much lower and
your gain will go into Rat area !
Between 4k7 and 2k2 is the good stuff .... on a TS
