Hi,
i have a locobox phaser board but all wires are cut,
and there is nothing on the board to help rewiring the pedal (2 pots, bypass switch, led and battery)
can someone with the good wiring tell me how rewire ?

thanks a lot

hiya,
this might halp.
locobox chorus wiring, at least you'll get
an idea of how the jacks-n-pots are done.
good luck

that's the input with the tape on it.

They should be very similar.

Thank you very much Strangerock

Hi g,

I believe I have one of these - "Rotophase". Unfortunately we're in the process of moving and all of my stuff will probably be inaccessible for another month or so. I'll try to open it up and and take a pict. when I can and post back.

I just took a few picts, but I can't figure out how to upload them. I don't have a option to enable attachments under "Additional Options".

Here's what I found:

1: lug 3 of rate pot
2: lug 2 of rate pot
3: +/red lead of led
4: outer lug of switch
5: tip of output jack
6: lug 3 of intensity pot
7: lug 2 of intensity pot
8: + battery terminal & -/black lead of led through DC jack
9: tip of input jack
10: sleeve of input jack

I believe that the sleeve of the input jack connects to the middle lug of the switch. The rings of the input and output jacks are connected.

Hope this helps! If I can figure out how to upload attachments, I'll post the picts.

i'll try it this afternoon...

for attachments, you must use an external image hosting (eg like http://imageshack.us)

Upload them to ImageShack, then use the URL to add an image to your post (use [img], or click the 'Insert Image' button.)

Or, just post the links so people with dial up will not have to wait for the thread to load.

i've tested like you said,
and can't make it works,

Here's a couple of images. Sorry about the size. I'll have to learn to adjust them

thanks again, but it seems that it is not the exact same model,
i've try with the picture you gave me, and it do not work,  i have the PH-01 and the wiring is not the same as the rotophase

same models are :

Cutec PH-01 Phaser
Gig PH-01 Phaser
Loco Box PH-01 Phaser
Redson Phaser 12
Washburn A-PH8 Phaser
Rayder PH-40 Phaser (identical, except for the switch)

anyone have a gut shot ? please !! thanks...

Ice-9

On inspection of those 2 pcb's the component layout looks identical ( not checked every component placement) so ignoring the different wire colours i would retrace each wire position and try again. That picture looks like a great starting point.

yes i did it twice
but you're right perhaps i've done something wrong...

but it also strange that it is not the same model (rotophase vs ph01)

Some manufacturers use the same circuitry inside a different box so even though it looks different on the outside it may be the same inside.

Do you know if the circuit was working previously, is it  possible you have wired it correctly but the circuit is damaged in some way.
