Electro Hamonix Poly Flange Schematic

Hello,

I've got a broken Electro Harmonix Poly Flange. I think it's something about the wiring but I can't figure it out without a schemtic.

Can anybody help me with that?

By the way, I've collected a lot of schematics....If anyone needs a schematic, maybe I can help.
