A build Tonemender still sounding when the volume
pot is set to zero. This is normal on this pedal?
Maybe a pcb error made by me.

Thanks

The volume control in the Tonemender is designed to produce a volume variation of 40dB or 100x between the loud and quiet settings. It doesn't go all the way down o zero, as its purpose is to match the guitar level with the output.

I made a test using a 100k resistor in place of gain
potentiometer (less than 500k to avoid clipping) and
added a potentiometer at the output like a master volume.

It works but the unit is a lot noisier now, obvious.
Theres some idea how to change the unit to get
mute at volume "0" and still sound good like the
original project?
