The last stash of 5117 trannies that I knew about was depleted about 12 or 13 years ago.  I picked up about a dozen when I was actively repairing the Vox/Thomas wahs.  To the absolute best of my knowledge, they are all gone now, at least from the original source.

Nowadays dusy handfulls can be gleamed from old Thomas organs.
