Alright, this is getting frustrating. I have an issue J Small Stone that I made true bypass and fixed the volume drop on. The switch pop was unbearable so I used the alternate stompswitch wiring I found on AnalogMans website (the one that grounds out the board). This cut down the pop but it's still very audible. I tried 1 meg pulldown resistors on both the input and outputs to no avail. I'm very disappointed right now...the AMZ Mosfet boost I built pops very badly too and I've only been able to tame it down to "nearly-useable". Anyone with any ideas?

how about electronic switching? There are some good Ics for that.

Are you using an LED. That can cause popping when you switch.
Here is a fix for that.

You did not post what brand etc switch.  Sometimes the switch caiuses the pop and circuit is good.

Sorry I was kind of vague on my setup in the initial post. No LED. The switch is a DPDT Carling, the good ol' standard. I'll look into the electronic switching thing, I haven't researched that one bit.....
