Quick Question Regarding Schematic Layout

Hello,

Just a quick question regard where to place a jumper.  In the layout schematic at http://www.smallbearelec.com/Projects/TremBear/TremBear.html (about 3/4 down the page), how do I connect Pin 7 on IC1 to R19.  It clearly shows a connection there but the other end of that jumper connection doesn't go anywhere.  Should I connect it to the side of R19 where IC1 pin 6 is connected or to the side of R19 that connects to R16?  Thanks in advance.

It looks to me like pin 6 goes to one end of R19 (the one connected to R16), and pin 7 goes to the other.  If you look at the schematic, it may help clarify what is going on.
