I can't find 2N2700 transistors anywhere and i can't find the datasheet either.  :icon_confused:
I just want to find it's equivalent, any help on this would be great.

Thanks.

AFAIK it's a mosfet, more or less equivalent to BS170 in the AMZ booster(s).

Meanderthal

Yep(close enough), only the pinout for the BS170 is reversed...

Yes, i was thinking in the BS170 too but i can't compare them because i don't have the 2N2700 datasheet.
Well, I'll check the schem and use the BS170 and forget the 2N2700.

Thanks.

My apologies... :icon_redface:

'k, it seems to be a MOSFET also, might be ok anyway...

Couldn't find a datasheet either. :P

Sorry from me too

a little info here http://groups.google.as/group/sci.electronics.design/browse_thread/thread/0dfd82fbc9367896

plus a reference on a Japanese page about the Fulldrive 2, referring to it as a MOSFET - but could be a typo
