Hey,

I'm trying to add an SPDT switch to the clipping section of my tube screamer circuit from Tonepad.  This would switch between a 3rd diode or a jumper for symmetrical and asymmetrical clipping.  I drew up a rough diagram of the SPDT.  Will this wiring work?

Builds Completed: Big Muff. Fuzz Face. Tube Screamer. Rat. Crash Sync. Harmonic Jerkulator. 6-band EQ. Rebote 2.5. Tremulus Lune. Small Stone. Small Clone. Microamp. LPB-2. Green Ringer. Red Ranger. Orange Squeezer. SansAmp. MXR Headphone Amp. Bass Fuzz.

i have not looked at the layout you are using, but if it is like any other diode clipping on an opamp then you dont need the jumper. the jumper would short the feedback loop on the opamp.

so just leave the jumper off. ie, the spdt has its third leg hanging

cheers
