hey guys, i just wanted to thank you in advance.  I built the small stone from  Fp's Tonepad layout and it is not working.  It bypasses fine but when i engage effect, it is the same, no phasing.  I did the truebypass offboard wiring (http://www.tonepad.com/getFileInfo.asp?id=76)
                                                                              and the layout (http://tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=7 )

No modifications
no part subs except i bought and used the small stone pot from small bear elec..
no conversions
as you can tell there is something seroiusly wrong with my results please help asap

I don't mean to offend by this question, but are you sure that you have oriented the transistors correctly and/or are measuring at the correct places?

Second question... are these voltages quiescent? (i.e. pedal powered on, but no input -- preferably input grounded)

I ask because Q1, for example, shows B & C voltages = 0, while the emitter is at 8.1 volts...  This struck me as trouble right away...  I followed the link and pulled up the circuit/layout. I would expect the base of Q1 to be around VBias (~4.8 volts).  The collector of Q1 should not be 0 either...

Many other strange and unexpected voltages...  Q3-Q10 should not all read 9.2, 0, 0...

You show 8.8 volts on the base of Q2, but 0 on the collector of Q1 --- yet on the schematic they are connected by a wire...

I would start by checking component orientation, wiring, traces, etc.

i will have to recheck the voltages but it seems to be working, but the color switch just seems to brighten the tone a little

i rechecked my voltages now that i solder/unsoldered and the readings are way better they look realistic and very similar to those on this board,

it sounds amazing i like the color switch too i will post pics when finished with project
