hi everybody,

as the title says, does anybody know what i can substitute for these two transistors ?
my datasheetbooks did not yield much info, the substitutes suggested were also japanese and just as hard to get, maybe even harder...
they are npn/pnp pair (2sc is the npn) used in the boss hm-2.

cheers,

They just look like normal low noise silicon transistors, according to the datasheet they come in 2 HFE ranges ones between 200-400 and another between 350-700, don't know if that makes any difference in the circuit though.
Something like a 2N5089 and whatever the pnp version is or a BC549, BC560 combo will probably work fine.

thanks, that´s what i thought (or hoped for)  ;D .

You will have to watch the pinout though.
Most Low Power 2S... type transistors have  a pinout like this:

_____
| 2s.... |
|_____|
  |  |   |
E  C   B
