jrc 4558's i have some have no use for them

what are these little buggers worth.  one of my friends says they are great another says there crap, i plugged one into a couple different circuits  i tried one in this dual opamp design and it made it more compressed i guess is the word, less note articulation, which is nice for this pedal.  but it sounded like crap in my brown sound pedal, so anyway i have 5-10 of these things i got from an old radioshack receiver, so i wanted to know if anybody had any use for them.. i don't remembver any other no.s on these things, but i do know i looked them up againsst a past thread as a cross reference and they match up to what everyone talks about.  so if anyone can think of a use drop me an email, or if someone wants to trade
