this project is built on an echt board.ichecked for shorts before i populated the board.all was ok.the ic voltages are as follows
ic 1 pin1= 4.15v 2=4.15v 3=2.8v 4=2.0v 5=4.1v 6=4.1v 7= 4.1v 8=9.5v

ic2 pin1=3.6v 2=4.1v 3=4.1v 4=2.0v 5=4.1v 6=4.1v 7=4.1v 8=9.5v

ic3 pin1=4.0v 2=4.0v 3=3.9v 4=1.8v 5=4.1v 6=4.1v 7=4.1v 8=9.5v

ic4 pin1=4.7v 2=4.1v 3=4.1v 4=1.6v 5=4.1v 6=4.1v 7=4.1v 8=9.5v
any thoughts?                JOHNO

All look pretty good, not sure where the LFO resides in those #'s but it should have an output which ramps up and down in voltage.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

im not sure but i think it might be pin five when i set it slow the voltages on that pin go from about 4.05v to 4.15 v

Except for pin 4 of all IC's I think.
They should all be 0 Volt.
