Hey :)
i built a boss DS 1 from a tonepad schematic (with a TL072) and it worked.
the problem was- i wanted to put it in a box, but the PPH board was too large.
i took all the parts off and re- built it- and it worked.
then, foolishly, i tried to mod it with a Keeley mod, and it pretty much didn't do anything- i think that it workers only for the original DS1..
now, i bought the original components and replaced them- and it doesn't work.
i went over the circuit and theres nothing wrong.. i also built the Audio Probe http://www.diystompboxes.com/wiki/index.php?title=Debugging and there's something weird:
Before the IC's leg 3 theres a 47K resistor- i can hear music before it, but after it i cant.
also if i jumper it- the TL072 lowers the volume! isn't it supposed to do the opposite? :D
oh, i have sound coming out of it.. but is a noisy clean sound.. the pots don't do anything..
any help?  ??? ??? ??? ???
thanks! :)

Dog: "how how"

My board was working the other day, laid out for single opamp, LM741.
TL072 is dual opamp and can be used as long as the pinout is assigned correctly and the unused side is stabilized.
