Greetings all!

What's the best tool for cutting sheets of copper covered board?  I've discovered the joy of etching PCB's, but I'm having trouble trimming the sheets so as not to waste any of the expensive board.  It's double sided board, which was all I could get on short notice at the local Radio Shack.

Thanks in advance.

i use a bandsaw.  works great.

On the cheap, small, and easy side I go with tin snips and clean up the edges by filling.

+1 on using snips - got a cheap pair from harborfreight (~2.5" single 'bite' cut).
Filing the edges of your board is a good practice anyway - I find that the flatter the iron sits, the better the PNP will adhere.
Have fun.

There are several suggestions in my tutorial, as well as poop on how to use Press N' Peel film:

I use one of those razor saws.

I use a jigsaw with a fine-toothed blade - perfect, clean cuts, but watch those fingers on small PCBs.
