Hi...

Does anyonne know the exact specs for these  Blue SuperBright LEDs...

http://www.effectsconnection.com/oscommerce/product_info.php?cPath=28&products_id=111

Im going to be wiring 10 of these from a 9V power supply in parallel. Basically I have these LEDs wired like in this picture and i want to be able to solder those wires onto a PCB that i can solder on the resistors and power supply.

Heres the LEDs i wired...(no thats not christmas spirit...i ran out of black...but its a nice touch)

And heres a picture of the power supply and little pcbs i have been using to distribute power...

i have used the LED calculator using a 4.5 volt drop and 30ma to each LED and it says i should use 180 resitors...does this seem right?

Thanks!!! Also, where can I add in a pot to dim the lights?

Cardboard Tube Samurai

I would have used around 2v for the calculations as that is fairly standard for 3mm blue LEDs

you're going to be blinded by your pedalboard

no these LEDs are for indirect light to shine up onto each effect panel. Like gilmour's cornish board.

these are 5mm leds...
