Looking for Part- LED quick disconnect

Im trying to find a part, that I know exists..

Its a little clip that you can solder your LED leads to and you simply "plug" the LED into it. Basically like a socket or something...Anyone seen these around? Preferable one that has a mount, but if not, no biggie.

I like to use these with the 5mm LEDs:

They have pretty long leads, an integrated resisitor, and a plastic fitting that you just push the LED into. Fits well over a 5mm LED mounting bezel, but I usually use heat shrink tubing to help secure that connection.

If you can find a discarded computer case, use the leads/sockets that connect the front panel switches etc to the motherboard. You get 2-way and 4-way. You can also get the pcb headers really cheap as well.
