I built the GGG "Bluesbreaker" tonight and it works and sounds great except for one problem. The LED only works when you have a 9v battery in. It works with just a 9v battery or the power supply and the 9v battery. If you remove the 9v and use only the power supply the LED doesn't light. The pedal functions fine with just the adapter, just no LED. I used their diagram and it all looks right???  What could i be doing wrong?
Thanks for any help...

Because the diagram shows the LED connected to the wrong place on the DC connector. Move it to the other pin and it will work. When you plug a DC power supply in it disconnects the battery AND the LED as drawn.

Thanks!!!!    I would have never noticed. So the 9v jack acts as a switch in a way?

Yes when you plug a jack into the DC socket it disconnects the battery.
