So you can get enough volume from your Bluesbreaker build?

I could be losing my mind so take this with a grain of salt. Try switching the volume pot to a 100k linear taper. Where unity used to be around 12 o'clock in my build with an audio taper, it's now reached at about 9 o'clock with what I would perceive as more available output. I don't have two builds to do a side by side but if someone could try this and post their opinion I would be most appreciative.

The slight tolerance difference of the wafer resistance is hard to hear a difference, [85k to 100k is 'minimimal', maybe could just be heard, barely, and frequency response is almost identical.
Main difference being most of the volume change is squeezed in the last small portion of the potshaft rotation.
