TDA1022 based delay

Hi all!

I just found out at http://mwpc1.die.unifi.it/~maurri/synthdoc/DLYSCH.JPG an interesting delay using TDA1022 BBD, which are easy to find and not so expensive to pay in my neighbourhood. Knowing that an internet schematic can never be trusted, I just wonder if someone has built it. Is it ok so I can start draw a layout?

I tried it many years ago and it would not work, but it might have been a mistake that I didn't find. I have a Philips design at home if you would like it.
