I have a schematic from Tactile Audio Electronics for a tube screamer style pedal, However their sheme calls for a opa2134pa ic, I was wondering if I could substitute a rc4558 ic in place of that??

If you're building from the schematic, no problem, pretty much any opamp will work. If you're building from a layout, you'll have to check the opamp's pinout.

Check datasheets.

Forgot about those, but I checked them and the pinout is the same So I am Awesome thanks raul

I think all dual op-amps have the same pin out.

Funny how things go in circles.
The original 4558 was changed to the OPA2134 chip in this circuit after it was revealed (?) that this was what was in the famed Clay Jones Overdrive.
Same with the clipping diodes.
