I'm looking into building my boards with the foot switch attached to the PCB, so I was wondering if any of you that have done this would care to share your experience(s). What pad size did you use? What drill size? FWIW, I'm planning on having these boards made at a fab house -- not by me.

Thanks!

If you are using Eagle, maybe this will come in handy.
