Hey yall.

I got tired of tweaking my BYOC dynacomp cuase i couldnt get it to sound right so i just bought a reissue. (byoc board for sale in sale/trade). Isnt there only like 1 or two value changes? It sounds fine for what I need it for but if its easy to change that would be cool too.

Also, what is the easiest way to send it to a 3PDT switch? I need to remove the switch that is on there now....

I would think the BYOC board would be easier to work with.

  Values; many, changes; options, options.

I would leave it alone if it's working.
Also, what is the easiest way to send it to a 3PDT switch?
I would guess the only option is the hard way...
I need to remove the switch that is on there now....
  It must be removed ?
I would recommend build a Dynacomp the way you want it, or find a good compressor with the features you want.
Re-issues IIRC are SMT, using Jfets to bypass, converting to true-bypass would be one slick trick if possible...I could be wrong...the recent MXR re-issues I saw and tried didn't look like much fun to fix or modify.
