Hey Yall.

I want to put a RAT in my COrnish board which uses 3PDTs for bypass. The boss pedals are easy cuase i just make them always on and use the input/output leads.

How hard would it be on the RAT... I know it uses some type of special bypass...I dont want to have to do a ton of mods to it. Using the in/out  leads are fine with me as long as I can make the pedal always on easily...

The Rat is already true bypass.

but doesnt it use a relay switch.

i need to know if its hard to convert to use with a 3PDT.

Just remove the footswitch and wire directly to the in/out leads of the board; it will be always on that way.

From what I've read, it just uses a DPDT, and one of the unused terminals is used to turn the LED on or off.

I read somewhere on GeoFex that the Rat uses some form of the Millennium bypass. It is somewhere on this document: http://www.geofex.com/Article_Folders/Millenium/The%20Next%20Millenium.pdf

ayayay!

Yes, it's using what RG later called the Millenium, which he improved upon several times over now.

The thing to remember is TB does not constitute ONLY using a 3PDT.  You can use those, DPDTs in Millenium bypass, and relays.   ;)
