Which side is neg/pos on these?

Do you have one of those in front of you?  The positive end has a rubber insulation and the negative side is bare

See the circle with the + sign in it beside the 01. + end.

The one I have soes not have that little circle or insulation. It does say 150D+ and the + sigh faces the little nub.

don't quote me on this (because i can't say i'm 100% sure), but i want to say that the beaded end on an axial cap is always the positive side
