boss multi effects pedals, all digital?

Hi all,
I've got a boss ME-50, it has 3 foot switches and which cover distortion, modulation and delay. It also has a reverb setting, amp emulation, noise gate and compression.

Seeing as it's in such a small box, and with so many different effects just wondering how many of these would be analog effects? Would the distortion ones be atleast?

I used to have an ME-30, which had analog overdirve/distortion and was pretty decent for what it was, but the ME-50 uses Roland's COSM modeling.
