do you have any simple circuit for minimal preamp with tl072?

Preamp for what?  Voice mic preamp?  Guitar amp front end?  "Booster" preamp?  Please clarify.

i want to build a booster/preamp for my chipamp
ill try the Doug's one
but i want to use both amps in the chip

mine uses both, first one is a buffer, and second is a booster (22dB)

what do you mean when you say buffer?
it will boost only some frequecny?

  A buffer boosts impedance, this makes a difference in ways other than being able to drive a load [such as a low impedance input or long guitar cable, or tone control, or

as pete say..buffer boosts imepdance..that way, you get no tone loss due to cables or tone sucking from fx after the buffer. it adds clarity,. specially with high impedance pickups..

I have one made from that 100W guitar amp MKII preamp..
