Topic: IC Pin 3 Voltage ??? (Read 2969 times)

Hello,
I tried t o assemble the circuit as the tutorial. Everything is fine, except the voltage into pin 3 is amazingly low.
I got around 3 V into pin 3, for other pins they are normal. I dont know what is happening. Please help

My values:
VA =9.63V
VB= 4.76V
Battery:9.66V
Pin:
1 0V
2 4.49V
3 3.25V[!]
4 0V
5 0V
6 4.82V
7 9.64V
8 0V
I have checked the resistors values :-/
100 = brown black brown
22k = red red orange
470k = yellow violet yellow

Check the value of r2, should be 10k (brown black orange), and r1, should be 2.2m (red red green)

yep, r2 is brown black orange. r1 is red red green.
