Boss CE-1 Chorus Pedal Modification. Please Help!!!

i´ve heared that you are the best..

please i need help...
i have a modified boss ce-1 chorus pedal..
there is a xlr at the side and the on off switch has no function..

i have read about that mod some time ago..
what mods were made here.. i need an exaxt explanation.. does anyone know..
how can i use the xlr

What is the transformer supposed to do?  Is it for adapting the higher-impedance output of a guitar to the low-impedance input of the CE-1?

Do a couple of the wires go to the output jack socket and a couple to the xlr?
If so it's probably a balanced output to feed 'pro' equipment such as a mixing desk......probably.

The CE-1 has stereo outs, is that the extra XLR you mean?  The CE_1 also has a hi/lo rocker input impedance selector switch which may have been removed.
