sustain problem with my jcm 2204

as you know i build a jcm 800 2204 from ceriatone

anyway
when i hit 2 or more strings , the sound cuts and getting harsh

what can the problem be?

First of all did you check all of your parts before you built it? Sometimes bad parts can be a possible problem.
