I just quickly tried this on a friend's dunlop Phase 100 and it worked out really well, makes the phase 100 have much more range of subtle colors.  Dead simple mod:  R18 and R19, the two 6.2K resistors used to mix the dry signal with the phase shifted signal 50/50, can be removed and replaced by a 10K pot, with one side going to the phased side (IC3b pin 7), the other to the dry (IC4a pin 1), and the wiper to the output cap (C7 + side).

You get 100% wet on one side and 100% phase vibrato at the other end of the pot's rotation, because the impedance of the opamps' direct output is so low that it kills the opposite signal when the pot's wiper is all the way to either side.  The deepest phase sound is with the pot set in the middle.

Schematic referenced, at GGG:

I drilled a hole right between the two big knobs, a little up, and used one of Small Bear's 9mm alpha pots (the little green guys) and it looked ok and was easy to adjust all of the controls.

Link got buggered I see, here is the referenced schematic
