Some doubts about switching and tonestacks

Should I switch BEFORE the tonestack and the after 2nd opamp, or after the clipping diodes and before the 2nd opamp?

Is any of these doable, or do I really have to use a DPDT?

The first stage is inspired on a Rat, and the second was taken from a OCD schem.
Running both stages would seem similar to a OCD, however I don't know how the Rat Filter is going to react...

(the drive pot is not shown, but it's where the usual Rat gain pot is.)
