I was wondering if anyone has any tips on getting good results using the laser toner transfer method for enclosure labels/graphics.
I really like the way looks when it works, but my results are very inconsistent.
Sometimes it works great, other times part of the graphic doesn't fuse to the surface.

Any tips for consistent results?

Thanks

Good sanding if it's going on bare metal, rinse with water. Wash your hands and then clean the surface with warm water and dish soap.
rinse again with water dry with paper towel. Once dry wipe it down with Isotropic alcohol.

Thanks biggy boy. That's good to know when I try an unfinished enclosure.
I should have mentioned that I'm working with powder coated boxes.

Just replace the first step with 600 - 1000 wet sandpaper?
Monkey see, monkey do.
