Trem Lune Sudden Volume Jump question?

Hey guys.

I made a Trem Lune about 3 months ago, which I have enjoyed playing thru quite a bit.  Awesome pedal.
The other day at rehearsal, I stomped it and all of a sudden, I had the normal effect, but it was *SUPER* loud (like a turned up the amp from 3 to 5 or something... huge gain boost)

I never had this issue before... I have to open it tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea what would cause this type of thing?
