When I try to use a fuzz in any of the loops in my Carl Martin Combinator 2...it sucks. I know this is some sort of impedance mismatch thing and the fact that the Combinator uses a buffered signal and the fuzz no likey. When I use the pedal "before" the Combinator it sounds great but I lose any switching capability. Is there any way the the impedance from the "send" of the Combinator could be changed/lowered to make it fuzz friendly? I have looked into impedance converters, but they are always 1/4" to XLR. How can i reverse the impedence from the buffer????

Have a look at the ROG Omega for some ideas.
