To the best of my knowledge, stereo version of that don't exist, simply because there are precious few (if any) applications where one would use a stereo phone jack and have the two devices that close to each other.  Indeed, the one you show only exists because of the stompbox world.

Happily, the Canadian Radio Shacks have been clearing out their right-angle plugs for $0.96 a pair and I was able to buy a bunch to make the exact same unit that Thomeeque shows.  They work great and allow for closer spacing of the pedals.  The only downside is that far too many pedal-makers insist on sticking their power jacks at the side.  In those instances, closer spacing is not what you want.  That's why I'm glad I make my own pedals and can stick the power jack in the back...where it belongs.
