Anyone know how to add a tone control to the Orange Squeeze? Im using the Tonepad layout!

Hi,
You could try sticking a passive tone control before the volume pot. Very simple, low part count, good results. However, it will reduce the overall volume a bit.

I've had good results (on compressors and distortions) with Mark Hammer's Stupidly Wonderful Tone Control (http://hammer.ampage.org)
Jack Orman goes into it in more detail (http://www.muzique.com/lab/swtc.htm)
or try the low/hi/band pass filters in the wiki (http://www.diystompboxes.com/wiki/index.php?title=Simplemods#Simple.2C_Easy_Mods.2FTips_.26_Techniques)
The Beavis Blocks and Fragments page has a couple more ideas, near the bottom (http://www.beavisaudio.com/techpages/BlocksFragments)

Essentially a pot that splits the output signal through a small cap to ground will reduce the treble (kindofa noob so someone clever will jump in and tell me I'm wrong :D) but if it reduces the volume too much for your liking you may need to stick in a volume boost, perhaps a simple transistor boost?
